Group Project

Create an outline of the main ethical issue in the play.  Pinpoint each moment that there is a development in the issue.  This means you have to clearly frame which issue you're talking about.  Go through the script and pick out specific lines or short dialogues that indicate some development in the way the main character views the issue, or when they take an action, or when others take a relevant action toward them.  You should have a list of points in the play (as specifically as possible – to line number, if possible) with a brief description of what happens, theme-wise, at that point.

Pick two of the most important of these moments and decide how you would stage them to make the issue, and the change that happens at that moment, clear.  Don't look at whole scenes, just the moment or set of lines that is most crucial.  Think about staging, line readings, manipulation of set or lights or costumes or sound.

You will turn in your list of moments, clearly outlined. Also your description of the stagings of the two moments. There should be an introductory paragraph that notes where in the play the moment is and briefly what you're trying to emphasize with the staging. Then a description of what that moment or short dialogue would look/sound like.
